Line Striping

Pavel Pavement Maintenance employs five full-time line stripers with a combined experience of 50 years. This experience coupled with state-of-the-art equipment ensures that every customer, from the smallest convenience store to the largest property management firm, will receive top of the line results with every line striping contract.

Line striping and signage are a necessary part of parking lot maintenance. PPM offers a variety of stencils and have custom stencils made to order. We offer re-striping on lots with existing layouts and new layouts that may have never had a striping layout, or need changes for ADA compliance.

Crack Sealing

Crack Seal is a rubberized asphalt used to seal the cracks that frequently occur in an asphalt pavement. In order for the crack seal to adhere to the asphalt the crack must be clean and dry. The cracks are first cleaned out by applying compressed air to the crack. Then the crack seal is heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit in a kettle and applied, while still hot, directly into the crack in the pavement.

Sealcoating

An emulsified asphalt sealer is applied to asphalt surfaces in order to protect and revive your pavement. Sealcoating will provide a smooth attractive, long lasting finish, as well as prevent water penetration and the oxidizing effects of the sun, thereby extending the life of your pavement.

Catch Basin Repair

To ensure proper pitch for drainage, catch basins oftentimes need to be adjusted. The procedure entails removal of the asphalt perimeter, followed by excavating the base as deep as is necessary to perform the adjustment.

Snow Removal

We specialize in snow removal from parking lots for supermarkets, shopping malls, municipalities, hospitals, medical centers and apartment complexes.

PPM operates the following equipment to handle snow removal of small to large commercial lots:

  • 1 one and a half ton dump truck with sander
  • 2 one ton pick-up trucks with sanders
  • 3 snow blowers
  • 1 Kamatsu 2 yard bucket loader
  • 1 case skid steer
